Each gift hamper is made to order and crafted by hand - orders placed before 11am* qualify for same day delivery (if local delivery is applicable) or same day dispatch (if shipping is required). 

Orders placed after 11am* will be processed asap and delivered/dispatched the following business day. 

Gift hampers ordered in advance will be processed and created ensuring every effort is made to be delivered on the preferred/selected date. 

If there are any delays in processing your order, we will contact you!

  • Local Delivery
    • Is available to residential and business addresses within Bowral, Mittagong & Moss Vale. If the address is eligible, the local delivery rate will be automatically shown on the checkout page.
    • If no one is in attendance, the gift hamper will be left by/near the front door in a safe space. 
    • A delivery time cannot be specified/guaranteed
    • Local deliveries are made up to 6 pm & we deliver from Monday-Friday. Special request delivery on Saturdays can occur - please contact us to see if such an arrangement can be made.
    • No deliveries on Sunday & Public Holidays
    • During the summer months, we tend to deliver later in the afternoon in the event that the recipient is not at home, the gift hamper isn’t exposed to excessive heat/sun for a long period of time

For all other addresses that are beyond our local delivery radius, shipping is available (we ship Australia-wide) with Australia Post.

    • We ship Australia wide (PO BOX as well) with Australia Post
    • Standard and Express options are available
    • Signature required on delivery can be added as extras during the checkout-shipping selection
    • Please note we are not responsible for transit delays beyond our control, and no delivery date can be guaranteed - refunds will not be issued if not delivered on the desired date.
    • We follow Australia Post’s guidelines and estimated transit time when dispatching.

Q: The gift hamper is showing 'SOLDOUT' - anymore available?

A: Our gift hampers are special creations and display a carefully selected composition of items that not only flows in terms of taste, colour and theme but also in terms of the layout. If the item is showing SOLDOUT it is unfortunately out of stock for the time being - we are hard at work creating a new one already!

If you would like to contact us in regards to a SOLDOUT gift hamper, or would like to order a greater quantity than what is showing as available online - please do so on: sales@thhc.com.au - we reply asap. We are here to assist!

In rare cases a particular item in a gift hamper is not available, a substitute item of similar nature, and of equal or greater value will be used.

Similarly, if a decor item is unavailable an alternative with the same colour scheme and aesthetic will be used to maintain the visual impact.

In the event that a wine substitution is needed – we will contact you first to ensure the substitution is suitable 

Each gift hamper is handmade - small variations may occur in the décor and final packaging.

Each one is packed with the utmost care!

We take extra care when packing all our gift hampers - the wood wool we use is not only biodegradable and recyclable but also acts as a cooling agent to protect the items against the heat as much as possible. But please understand that sometimes, a chocolate bar might succumb to the heat and as such we cannot offer a guarantee against melting - we simply ask that the recipient pops it in the freezer and enjoy! or re-purposes as a delicious chocolate sauce!

If sending to different addresses, please checkout separately for each gift hamper or email us: sales@thhc.com.au and we can assist you

When purchasing multiple gift hampers and sending to the same address, only one checkout is necessary. Each gift hamper will be shipped separately.

Credit Cards payments are processed through the secure eWay facility and the facility is verified daily.
