Shipping & Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to business and residential addresses within Bowral CBD.

If no one is in attendance, the gift hamper will be left by the front door if it is deemed safe to do so.

A delivery time cannot be specified/guaranteed - local deliveries are made up to 6pm

If the delivery address is not in the local area, or if the address is a PO BOX, it will be shipped with Australia Post and tracking will be provided. Please note the delivery estimates provided with Australia Post are guides only and transit delays can occur. Delivery date cannot be guaranteed

Signature on delivery and Express is available - please check the allocated box on the cart page if you like to add this option.

 

Item availability, product substitution & gift hamper layout

If a particular item is out of stock, a substitute item of similar nature, and of equal or greater value will be used.

Substitution of wine will only occur in the form of the year i.e. if the 2015 Vintage Pinot Noir is out of stock, and/or no longer supplied by the Vineyard, the 2016 will be used.

Similarly, if a decor item is unavailable an alternative with the same colour scheme and aesthetic will be used to maintain the visual impact.

Each gift hamper is handmade - small variations may occur

When an item is substituted or if a wine is chosen with a differently designed bottle (for example a taller bottle) we might need to re-structure how the gift hamper is packed to ensure it still looks beautiful but is also safe for travelling

Sending gift hampers to multiple recipients with different addresses

If sending to different addresses, please checkout separately for each gift hamper or email us: sales@thhc.com.au and we can assist you

When purchasing multiple gift hampers and sending to the same address, only one checkout is necessary

 

Bulk Orders

For bulk gift hamper orders (20 or more), to secure your order and desired items, please contact us as a 50% deposit is required.
