A Signature Gift Hamper contains items carefully selected by us and beautifully presented

A Bespoke Hamper is a hamper of your own creation - you can select the items you want to include and all the details including box and ribbon colour. We will pack your selection and present it to your specifications with our signature Highland Hamper Co touch

If a particular item is out of stock, a substitute item of similar nature (taste, design and overall appearance) an equal or greater value will be used. Similarly, if a decor item is unavailable an alternative with the same colour scheme and aesthetic will be used to maintain the visual impact.

Gift hampers are posted with a courier, Australia wide.

Shipping rate is $16.75 per standard Signature Gift Hamper. The cost may vary if an additional item is added. Bespoke Hamper shipping costs is determined by weight.

With courier delivery, it is standard for a signature to be recorded . You can give authority to leave the parcel without a signature - please indicate so in the delivery note section during checkout.

Please note all gift hampers can only be delivered to residential and businesses addresses. 

Delivery to PO Boxes is not possible.

Delivery within Australia only - No international shipping

On the checkout page there is a calendar to select the preferred delivery date. Please note that we ship promptly after an order is placed & while we endeavour to deliver on the selected date, courier transit times (1-3 business days for most regions) should be taken into account and delays can occur.

Delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed, but please contact us as we will do our very best to assist you and ensure the gift hamper is delivered in a timely manner

If you are sending a gift hamper to a recipient located in the Southern Highlands - Bowral, Mittagong & Moss Vale - local delivery is possible and not limited by courier lead and cutoff times. Please contact us if you need a local deliery made on a specific date. 

You can include a personal message to the recipient - this is entered on the checkout page.

Your message will be handwritten in either a standard Highland Hamper Co card, or in a deluxe card if added to the cart.

For bulk gift hamper orders (20 or more), to secure your order and desired items, please contact us as a 50% deposit is required.

You can send the same hamper or different hampers to multiple recipients

If more than one item is in the cart - an option will appear (on the left) with a check box 'ship to multiple addresses'. Once this box is checked, a new page will open where you can enter multiple addresses and allocate which items are to be sent to which recipients. Personal message can also be added.
